What types of roles does 3DMA offer?
Part-time and full-time roles across advertising operations, development, marketing, finance and partnerships — for 3DMA and our brands like PPCmate and White Label DSP.
Can I work remotely?
Yes. All positions can be done remotely, or from our offices in Kavala and Sofia.
How and when will I be paid?
Monthly, with performance-based and holiday bonuses on top of competitive base compensation.
What languages do you work in?
English is our working language across the team. Additional languages such as Greek, Bulgarian, Hindi or Arabic are a plus for some roles.
What happens after I apply?
We review every application and reply within about a week. Shortlisted candidates get a short video interview.
What tools will I work with?
Our own ad platforms plus industry tools like Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, WordPress and collaboration apps.
Do I need prior experience?
For most roles, yes — relevant experience is required. Every new team member also gets thorough onboarding training for their position.
How flexible are the hours?
Very. Most roles let you set your own schedule, so work fits around your life.
